TRANSACTIONS TO TAKE PLACE:
- $28 worth of individual $4 returned to 7 girls
(those who hv NOT been REFUNDED) namely...
Amanda, Saw Wen Yi, Ang Yi Ling, Nadia Natasha Almi, Steffi Low, Talleah, Lim Li Wei

- $1.50 fund balance!
(cuz that day got confusion, so if u pay liaos, u can tell me but integrity ehs!)
(those who hv NOT paid) namely...
Ang Yi Ling, Geraldine, Steffi Low, Talleah, Farhan, Grace Phua, Benjamin Wong, Alex Goh, Muhd Khairi, Nicolette Yip, Joan, Elwyn, Jing Kai, Shah, Ho C'zia Jyeah

(i see that there's alot of confusion abt money matters alright :X
let me try clear this up and see how i can make this entire thing as transparent as possible!)

girls' shirt= $8
guys' shirt= $12
total paid person = $15
fbt- $8.50
cloth- $0.80
subcomm tea party- $5

all the transactions are pretty MESSY...
bcux people buy different stuff & pay diff amts...
so we are BALANCING THE DIFFERENCES at our very best...

and is essential to absorb costs, cuz of ALOT OF FIGURES that you all pay...
IS ROUNDED OFF...
causing losses in those who volunteered to buy in bulk or whatsoever...

and where do your money go?!~
it will be added to Cador fund!
this fund will most probably be spent on chalet if there's one...
(someone pls volunteer to take over my job, i dont wanna touch money anymore!!)

so the following balancing will be:
- return $4 to girls who bought superman tees
- collect $1.50 from those who did not pay full amt/did not pay rounded off figures etc...
- collect $3.00 from those who did not buy any shirt!
and this will bring us to $4.50 ($3 + $1.50) per person in total...


so 11pple need to pay $3 to balance it out (:
and we will collect together when u all pay for the chalet...

not blaming anyone, but there's a shortage of $11.50...
and since its damn hard to trace, for now we'll absorb it into the fund...
